Justin Avellar is a lawyer who specializes in helping small businesses, nonprofits, and startups with a wide variety of agreements, corporate formation, and corporate governance support. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Chicago Law School. Before starting his own practice, he honed his expertise at an international law firm in New York City. He also serves on the board of the nonprofit Seattle REconomy, which oversees the NE Seattle and Shoreline Tool Libraries.
