Volunteer Support Needed:

• Set up & breakdown of signage/tents at the beginning & end of the event

• Communicating with drivers bringing waste to the transfer station: tell them about the event, ask if they have furniture in their load, direct them to our tents for drop-off, etc.

• Assessing furniture & determine if we can use it

• Control and direct traffic

• Unload furniture from vehicles & load into our truck

• Offload furniture from truck to the warehouse in SoDo after the event 

Please come in comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for the weather and standing outside. 

We may end earlier than 2 pm if we reach capacity.
